Trainee nurse Ana is nervous as it is her first day on the real wards of an exclusive private hospital. What's more she has been asked to look after a very important patient called Alex. However when Ana bends over to pick up a thermometer, the entitled rich guy tries to lift up her skirt to view her knickers. What a creep!

Ana won't stand for this behaviour. She picks up a pie from the lunchtime meal trays, and slams it in his face. However Alex then explains he is a friend of the hospital owner and will have her fired unless he can get his own back. Ana has no choice but to agree and Alex gets his revenge... and how! Poor Ana takes pies, slime, and melted chocolate in great quantities.

Poor Ana has no choice but to take it all, and ends up wishing she'd chosen to work in the Nhs instead.
